Pro/Post-Grad Performance Training Center
Building World-Class Performers Through Process, Precision, and People
The Mission Viejo Nadadores 360 Performance Center was created to serve elite post-graduate and professional swimmers pursuing excellence on the world’s biggest stages. What began as a bold vision has now evolved into a proven, athlete-centered performance environment producing results at the World Championship and Olympic levels.
Under the leadership of Jeff Julian, the 360 Performance Center focuses on long-term development, individual ownership, and sustainable high performance. The program is intentionally designed for athletes preparing for World Championships, Olympic Games, and professional competition, while remaining fully integrated within the broader Mission Viejo Nadadores culture.
Since its inception in 2022, athletes training within the 360 Performance Center have achieved:
Olympic performances
World Championship medals (individual and relay)
World Records (relay)
National records
International team selections across multiple countries
These performances reflect not just talent, but a commitment to a clear process; one that values health, consistency, adaptability, and athlete autonomy.
A True “Whole-Athlete” Performance Model
The 360 Performance Center is built around a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach that supports the athlete beyond the pool. Each swimmer’s plan is individualized and supported through coordinated access to:
High-performance strength and conditioning
Sports science–informed training design
Sports psychology and mental performance tools
Recovery and regeneration strategies
Professional development and life-balance support
Athletes are not only asked to fit a system; the system is built around the athlete.
Leadership With Proven Global Experience
Jeff Julian brings experience across every level of elite swimming, including:
Olympic and World Championship preparation
Professional league leadership (ISL)
NCAA and post-graduate development environments
Program building across age-group, senior, and professional pathways
His leadership philosophy emphasizes process over shortcuts, clarity over noise, and people before results, with the understanding that when the process is right, results follow.
Looking Ahead: Los Angeles, and Beyond
As the global swimming landscape continues to evolve, the 360 Performance Center remains committed to preparing athletes not only for the next championship, but for long, resilient careers in the sport. With eyes toward Los Angeles 2028 and future Olympic cycles, the focus remains unchanged: Do the work. Protect the process. Build athletes who last.
